 Another big one got away, probably the most influential country music artist of all time Waylon Jennings died February 13, 2002. Lyle was blessed to hang with Waylon a few times and interviewed him for the Roger Miller project. Waylon was the quickest, funniest, coolest and the greatest outlaw country singer ever. The legend of Waylon will never die, if you didn't have a chance to see Waylon, you missed it...he was more than something amazing. 
 Condolences go to Jessi, his family, his crew and his many fans. Thanks Waylon for the memories and the music. WAYLON RULES!
